Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Notice of Infringement – Claim

1. Signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative;
2. Identification of the copyrighted work being infringed;
3. Location of the infringing material and a way for us to locate it;
4. Contact information of the complaining party;
5. A statement that the use of the material is unauthorized;
6. A statement that the information provided is accurate and the complaining party is authorized by the copyright owner.

Under Title 17 USC §512(f), there are penalties for providing false information in an infringement claim. Send all takedown notices through our Contact page via email for quick response.

Your identity and information in any copyright claim may be shared with the alleged infringer. By submitting a claim, you agree to this.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If your material is taken down due to a copyright claim, you can submit a counter notification to have it restored. The notification must include:

1. Your signature;
2. Description and original location of the material;
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake;
4. Your contact information and consent to legal jurisdiction.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We have a strict policy against copyright infringement. We keep records of DMCA notices and take action against repeat infringers by terminating their accounts.
